Tool sets for soil cultivation and seasoning.
In connection with the introduction of tractors with more and more power, it becomes possible to combine several spare tools into one set. The advantage of such a combination is this, that often with a single pass of such a combination in the field, a soil well prepared for sowing or planting is obtained. Thanks to the reduction of the number of passes across the field, the lumpy structure of the soil is not damaged by the tractor wheels, in addition, the cost of tillage and treatment is significantly reduced. Depending on the type of soil and the requirements of the crops, various combinations are used in selecting tools for the set. However, the rule should be kept, that the deepest tools should be at the beginning of the set. The simplest set can be a set consisting of a trailed plow connected directly behind it or to the side of the tractor with a tooth harrow, spike harrows, or a hollow shaft. For this, it is necessary to use a special coupling. Another example would be an assembly consisting of a heavy tine harrow, 3-section string wire, drags and light harrows. Such a set is especially suitable for pre-sowing cultivation of soil for point sowing of beetroot, because it ensures precise loosening and leveling of the field surface, which is very important in this sowing. According to IMER research, the use of such a combination for seasoning the role of such a combination allows to increase the beet yield by 10-25% compared to seasoning with single tools. The seasoning of the roll with kits allows you to cut costs within limits 20-50%. Due to these advantages, the production of special couplings and frames is undertaken, which make it easy to combine individual tools into one refining kit.
