Radiator replacement

■ Remove the air cleaner intake hose.

■ Detach the bottom rubber hose from the radiator. Collect the leaked liquid in a vessel.

■ Detach the upper rubber hose from the radiator and the hose leading to the expansion tank

■ Disconnect the electric wires to the fan and temperature sensor.

■ Remove the upper mounting bolts on both sides of the radiator.

■ Remove the radiator upwards, together with air guide and fan. If necessary, these elements can be detached from the radiator.

The cooler is installed in the reverse order to removal. Finally, the system is filled with this amount of fluid, so that its level in the expansion tank exceeds o 1 cm the designation "Kalt”. During filling, the system must be vented. The heater must be connected to the circuit for this.
