Seed drill with paddle-type sowing unit.
There are holes in the rear wall of the fertilizer hopper of this drill, through which the fertilizer removed by the spreading shaft blades spreads out onto the field. A sliding bar with holes is mounted along these openings, but slightly larger. By moving the slat, you can partially or completely cover the openings in the box, which allows you to adjust the amount of sown fertilizer.
The seeding shaft of this drill is divided into two equal parts. Each part is driven from an adjacent road wheel without the use of gears. The drive is activated by locking (with the switch) road wheel hubs with appropriate drivers constituting the end of each part of the shaft. These seeders are adapted to horse power.
