Front axle maintenance is as simple as checking its condition and lubrication periodically (in accordance with the operating instructions) steering pins and wheel bearings. The steering knuckle pins are lubricated with grease, pressing it with a grease gun until now, until clean grease starts to come out through the gaps of the lubricated joint. If grease cannot be pumped into the grease nipple, the cause may be a clogged or damaged grease nipple, or jamming of the pin, resulting from careless handling. In such cases, unscrew the clogged grease nipple, remove the stuck pin, clean and rinse in kerosene or diesel fuel, and after drying, these parts are assembled and lubricated.
