Repair of tubeless tires over 6mm. Tire punctures above 6 mm is fixed with mushrooms. For this you should: - make a concentric incision with a cutter (perpendicular to the axis of the wheel) the tire in the place of the puncture to the depth 10 Mm, - drill the puncture with a reamer, screwing it into the hole 2-3 times, - squeeze some vulcanizing paste into the hole obtained, - put the foot of the mushroom into the awl and cut it flush with its knob, - cover the mushroom with the paste and press it with an awl into the hole, until the awl knob rests against the tire tread, - screw the tube into the threaded hole in the awl knob and squeeze out some paste (about 1/4 its content), - remove the awl, turning it clockwise, and cut the protruding plug foot flush with the tire tread, - top up the pressure and check the tightness of the tire. To save tires it should be: Maintain proper air pressure, prescribed for your tire size and check them frequently. Protect the tires from the sun's rays, with oils, lubricants and gasoline. Do not overload the vehicle - each dimension and brand of tire has a specific allowable load. Do not develop excessive speeds, especially in hot weather. Do not brake sharply and do not ride with jerky movements”. Co 5000-6000 km mileage, change the tires according to the diagram provided in the vehicle's operating manual, or according to the scheme established by the provisions on tire economy. Take care of the correct alignment of the front wheels of the vehicle. Remove any foreign matter found (in twin wheels) and gum dissolving liquids. Repair damaged tires immediately, to prevent moisture from penetrating into the inner layers of the tire. Clean the tire flanges (footers) rust tires and rims, and after removing the contaminants, caress the inside of the tire.
